Duty to inform according to Art. 13 EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Whenever you access our website, information about the access event (date, time, page viewed) will be stored on our server as log files. We only analyse these data for our own statistical purposes in an anonymised form. All data processing is done on behalf of Boote Marian GmbH. As a rule, we do not collect any personal data from people viewing our online offering. If you contact us using our contact form or if you subscribe to our newsletter, your e-mail address and other personal data will only be used for the purpose of corresponding with you in order to respond to your inquiry. We guarantee that all the information you provide will only be used by our company. This information will not be forwarded to third parties and will be treated confidentially according to the respective prevailing statutory regulations. An exception is made for forwarding to people who process your order on behalf of Boote Marian GmbH. Nevertheless, they are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes and are subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation obligations via their own respective agreements. General inquiries

We process data contained in your inquiry and passed on to us via the contact form or e-mail, such as your name, contact details, contents of the inquiry, record of all previous contact with us, for customer service purposes (precontractual measures) and marketing purposes (justified interest in the distribution of direct advertising by post). As long as we are not subject to a legal obligation to save your data for a longer period, we delete your data 3 years after the submission of your most recent inquiry.
